Welcome to our religious education program

 At Our Lady of Grace Church, we believe that Faith Formation is a lifelong journey of growing closer to Jesus Christ and living our Catholic faith each day. Our Religious Education Program is dedicated to helping children and families deepen their relationship with God through prayer, Scripture, Catholic teachings, and active participation in the life of the Church.

Our program serves students in Grades 1 through 8 and provides a strong foundation in the Catholic faith while preparing children to receive the Sacraments according to the regulations of the Diocese of Brooklyn. Through classroom instruction, prayer experiences, community service, and participation in parish life, our students are encouraged to become faithful disciples of Christ.

Faith Formation is a continuation of growing and learning. All children are expected to attend Religious Education classes each year from Grades 1 through 8 in order to be properly prepared for the Sacraments. If a grade is missed, a student will be registered for the grade they last completed upon returning to the program.
